Syrah Resources Limited is an industrial minerals and technology company with its flagship Balama Graphite Operation in Mozambique and a downstream Active Anode Material Facility in the United States. The principal activities of the Company include sales of natural graphite and ongoing development of logistics, sales, and marketing arrangements with targeted customers. Its segments include Balama and Vidalia. The Balama segment is engaged in the production, distribution and sale of natural flake graphite from the Balama Graphite Operation in Mozambique. The Vidalia segment is engaged in the operation and expansion of the Vidalia AAM facility, including operation of a qualification facility, the construction of the Vidalia Initial Expansion project, evaluation of the Vidalia Further Expansion project, customer engagement and commercial negotiations, and research and development. Its subsidiaries include Jacana Resources Proprietary Limited and Syrah Resources (KSA) Pty Ltd.
