Brookside Energy Limited is an Australia-based company, which is producing oil and gas from a focused portfolio of onshore assets in the United States. The Company holds tier-one acreage in the Anadarko Basin in the United States. The Company’s SWISH Play-operated wells include Jewell, Rangers, Flames, Wolfpack, FMDP and Bruins. Located within one of five Brookside-operated drilling spacing units in the SWISH Play, the Bruins well is the first horizontal development in this unit, which has a history of vertical production from the overlying Sycamore formation. It has also advanced its efforts to build scale through the establishment of the Riverbend Area of Interest (AOI), a liquids-rich opportunity targeting multiple stacked reservoirs with significant oil-in-place potential. The Company’s wholly owned United States subsidiary and manager of operations, Black Mesa Energy, LLC, specializes in United States onshore oil and gas sector with specific focus on the mid-continent region.
