Grange Resources Limited is an Australia-based company, which owns and operates an integrated iron ore mining and pellet production business located in the northwest region of Tasmania. The Company’s principal activities consist of the mining, processing and sale of iron ore from its operations in Tasmania, and the ongoing exploration and evaluation of mineral resources. Its projects include Savage River, Port Latta, and Southdown. The Savage River magnetite iron ore mine, is over 100 kilometers (km) southwest of the city of Burnie. The Port Latta project is located over 70 km northwest of Burnie, and its 100%-owned pellet plant and port facility at Port Latta produces over 2.5 million tons (Mt) of iron ore products annually. The Southdown Magnetite Project is located over 90 km east-northeast of Albany, and 10 km south-west of Wellstead in the Great Southern region of Western Australia. It contains over 1.2 billion tons of mineral resources, including 412 Mt of ore reserves.
