Artificial intelligence technology developer Unith (ASX: UNT) is set to advance its Talking Head platform offering with ChatGPT integration.
The move will enable digital humans generated by the platform to access ChatGPT natural language tasks, creating contextual answers based on client databases.
Upon commercialisation, the integration will add a new feature to the Talking Head platform where users can submit any form of communication for a digital human to then deliver a desired outcome or answer the query.
AI momentum
Unith chief executive officer Idan Schmorak said generative artificial intelligence (AI) was starting to gather momentum in mainstream business.
“We have been confident that these forms of AI will transform how businesses interact with their customers,” he said.
“With the Talking Head platform, we will be able to provide visual and audio elements to complement text-based natural language processing to produce humanised interactions with AI.”
He said once internal testing and validation had been completed, Unith would commence developing a proof-of-concept for external clients.
Last week, Unith said it had received firm commitments to raise $4.5 million through a “strongly supported and upsized” share placement to advance its ChatGPT-driven conversational AI technology.
Mobile subscription expansion
Unith’s Mobile Subscription division has expanded with its conversational AI applications receiving secured mobile network approvals in Poland, Iraq, Hungary and Palestine.
The approvals have been granted by various mobile carriers and opens up Unith’s mobile subscription products to approximately 78 million new customers across the regions.
Customers will have access to conversational AI applications including Bedtime Stories and Astro VIP, as well as the new AI History edutainment application which teaches world history through interactive conversations with famous historical figures such as actors, scientists, politicians and sportsmen.
Subscriptions will start from $3.23 per week in Poland, $2.10 per week in Iraq, $3.00 per week in Hungary and $5.72 per week in Palestine.
Unith will retain up to 80% of revenues generated.
