US1 Critical Minerals Ltd, formerly Gladiator Resources Limited, is an Australia-based exploration and mining company with a focus on uranium. The Company has approximately six exploration licenses covering approximately 1811 square kilometers (km2). Its projects include Mkuju Project, Eland Project, and Foxy Project. The Mkuju Project includes the Likuyu North deposit, the Likuyu South target and the Mtonya-SWC corridor within four contiguous permits totaling 725 km2. The area is underlain by sandstone-dominated formations of the Triassic aged Lower Karoo Supergroup which is host to Uranium One’s 125 Mlb (U3O8) Nyota deposit 20 kilometers (km) to the north. The Eland Project covers approximately 294 km2. The Foxy Project covers approximately 299 km2. The Eland Project includes a large quartz syenite intrusion with zones of high niobium, tantalum, and uranium.
