Tusker Minerals Ltd, formerly DY6 Metals Ltd, is an Australia-based, Africa-focused explorer advancing a portfolio of critical mineral assets across Cameroon and Malawi. The Company's Cameroon projects include Central Rutile Project and Douala Basin. The Central Rutile Project spans 14 exploration permits under valid applications covering approximately 5,901 square kilometers (km2) in Central Cameroon- an emerging globally significant rutile province. The Douala Basin HMS Project consists of three granted exploration permits and three exploration permits under valid applications and covers an area of approximately 2,580 km2 across the Douala Basin of Western Cameroon. The Company's Malawi projects include Tundulu Project (REE, Phosphate and Gallium), Mzimba, Machinga, Ngala Hill, Karonga and Salambidwe. Located in Eastern Malawi, the Tundulu REE Project (91.5 km2) hosts a known carbonatite ring complex highly enriched in light rare earths, gallium, and phosphate.
