The Synlait segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of liquid milk and milk powder-based products, including nutritional, ingredients, fresh milk, and ultra heat treatment (UHT) milk products. The Dairyworks segment engages in the manufacture and sale of cheese and other products (cheese, butter). Its product categories include Infant and Adult Nutrition, Early Life Nutrition, Lactoferrin, Ingredients, and Foodservice. It operates in China, the Rest of Asia, Middle East and Africa, New Zealand, Australia, and the Rest of World. Its subsidiaries include Synlait Milk Finance Limited, The New Zealand Dairy Company Limited, Eighty Nine Richard Pearse Drive Limited, Synlait Business Consulting (Shanghai) Co., Ltd, among others.
