Qualitas Real Estate Income Fund (the Trust) is an Australia-based registered managed investment scheme. The Trust seeks to invest in a portfolio of investments that provide unitholders with exposure to predominantly Australian secured real estate loans. The Trust's investment strategy is focused on providing monthly income and capital preservation by investing in a portfolio of investments that offers exposure to real estate loans secured by first and second mortgages, predominantly located in Australia. Amounts raised by the Trust are invested in the Qualitas Wholesale Real Estate Income Fund. The Trust's investment manager is QRI Manager Pty Ltd.
