PC Gold Limited is an Australia-based mineral exploration company. The Company owns 100% of the Spring Hill Gold Project located in the Pine Creek region of the Northern Territory, Australia. The Spring Hill Project is in the Central Domain of the Palaeoproterozoic Pine Creek Orogen. The Project comprises one granted exploration license (EL 33234) and one granted mineral lease (ML23812) in the Northern Territory, which covers a total area of 11 sub-blocks or approximately 36.6 square kilometers (km2). The Project is located 200 km to the southeast of Darwin in the Northern Territory. The tenements are held by TM Gold Pty Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
