Elanor Commercial Property Fund I (the Fund) is an Australia-based real estate investment trust. The Fund invests in commercial properties located in metropolitan areas or established commercial precincts. The Fund's objective is to provide risk-adjusted returns through a combination of regular distributions and capital growth. To achieve this objective, the Fund's strategy is to invest in commercial office properties with differentiated competitive market positions that are located in metropolitan areas or established commercial precincts; implement leasing and active asset management to grow the income and value of the properties; acquire additional high investment quality commercial office properties in line with the Fund's investment criteria, and maintain a conservative capital structure with a target gearing range between 30% and 40%. The Company is managed by Elanor Funds Management Limited.
