The business
Infinity Metals Limited, formerly Infinity Lithium Corporation Limited, is an Australia-based minerals company. The Company is principally engaged in the exploration and evaluation of lithium assets and progression of the integrated lithium chemicals conversion plant. The Company, through its subsidiary, Extremadura New Energies, maintains a 75% ownership interest in the San Jose Lithium Project. The Project is located approximately three hours from Madrid, and three and a half hours from Lisbon, accessible by dual-lane highway. The proposed fully integrated industrial project is focused on the production of battery-grade lithium chemicals from a mica feedstock. The Company, through Highland Resources Limited, owns 100% of four granted, advanced high-grade gold exploration assets in the Lachlan Fold Belt, Victoria. The Comstock Gold-Silver Prospect lies two kilometers along strike to the southeast from Forsyth Prospect. Its other projects include Mitta, Goodhope-Union and Bindi.
