High-Tech Metals Limited is an Australia-based company. The Company is focused on the exploration and development of its flagship, 100% owned Werner Lake Cobalt Project (the Project) located in north-western Ontario, within the Kenora Mining District, approximately 85 km north-northwest of Kenora, Ontario and approximately 170 km east-northeast of Winnipeg, Manitoba. The Project is located near the Ontario-Manitoba border in the Kenora Mining District. The Werner Lake Geological Belt hosts numerous cobalt-copper and base metal showings, deposits and past-producing mines. It also owns 100% of the Mt Fisher Gold Project and 51% of the Mt Eureka Gold Project (together, the Projects). The Projects are in the Northern Goldfields, approximately 500 km northeast of Kalgoorlie (about 120 km east of Wiluna) within the Mt Fisher greenstone belt, which is located 40 km east of the prolific Yandal greenstone belt, a host of significant gold deposits, including Jundee, Bronzewing and Mt McClure.
