Flagship Minerals Ltd is a Thailand-based investment holding company. The principal activities of its subsidiaries include the identification and development of specialty metals assets situated in low-cost environments, which are proximal to advanced industrial centers. It is an exploration and development entity focused on securing and developing assets to produce resources required for electrification. The Company operates within a segment: the exploration of resources in the Southeast Asian region. The Company has one copper project and two lithium projects, which include the Rosario Copper Project, a copper-silver initiative located in northern Chile; the Tama Atacama Lithium Project, a pre-drill lithium brine project situated in South America, specifically northern Chile; and the Flagship Mineral Thailand Project, a hard rock lithium project based in the Southeast Asian region. Its subsidiaries include Pan Asia Metals (Thailand) Co. Ltd., Pan Asia Metals Pty. Ltd., and others.
