F.F.I. Holdings Limited is an Australia-based food processing company. The Company's principal activities include processing, manufacture, packaging and distribution of food products for the Australian food industry, and property investment and leasing. It operates through two segments: Food Operations and Investment Property. Its Food Operations Segment manufactures a range of predominantly bakeries and home cooking needs food products for distribution to a diverse customer base. Its Investment Property segment manages the Company’s industrial/commercial land which is held for investment purposes. The Company specializes in the manufacturing of cooking chocolate, chocolate coated confectionery, sugar confectionery, cake decorations, ready-to-roll icing and popcorn snack foods. The Company includes products which are manufactured under retailers’ private labels and also the Company’s own retail brands, such as Nemar, Golden Popcorn and Orchard Icing.
