The Oropesa Tin Project consists of approximately 13 square kilometers, located approximately 75 kilometers (km) north-west of city of Cordoba and 180km north-east of the capital of Seville in southern Spain. The Cleveland Tin Project is located approximately 80km southwest of Burnie in the mineral-rich northwest region of Tasmania, Australia. Its subsidiaries are Rockwell Minerals Pty Ltd, Rockwell Minerals (Tasmania) Pty Ltd, Elementos Minerales S.A., Elementos Spain Pty Ltd, and others.
