The Company is engaged in the provision of surface and underground mining equipment, rental and complementary equipment and workshop and field services, including maintenance, asset and component rebuild, fleet optimization technology, and technical and engineering services. It operates through two segments: Rental and Workshops. The Rental segment provides a range of surface and underground earthmoving equipment solutions to customers in Australia and includes additional technology platforms to enable customers to improve earthmoving efficiencies of their rental machines. The Workshops segment provides maintenance, equipment and component rebuild services to customers in Australia. Its services include rentals, maintenance, fabrication, surface treatment and labor hire, among others.
