DigitalX Limited is an Australia-based digital investment manager and crypto fund manager. The Company’s segments include Product Development, Asset Management (AM) and Other. Its Sell My Shares (SMS) provides share brokerage services via its Sell My Shares platform. The Asset Management division offers high net worth and institutional investors access to a portfolio of digital assets. It operates two funds focused on digital assets: the DigitalX BTC Fund and the DigitalX spot Bitcoin ETF. Its other segments include governance, finance, legal, risk management, company secretarial and management of corporate entities. Its subsidiaries include DigitalX Bitcoin Fund, DigitalX Asset Management Pty Ltd and Sell My Shares Pty Ltd.
