The business
Coronado Global Resources Inc. is a global producer, marketer, and exporter of a full range of metallurgical coals. The Company has a portfolio of operating mines and development projects in Queensland, Australia, and in the states of Pennsylvania, Virginia and West Virginia in the United States. It has operations in Australia and the United States. Its Australian Operations comprise the 100%-owned Curragh producing mine complex. Its Curragh complex is located in the Bowen Basin, approximately 14 kilometers (km) north of Blackwater in central Queensland. Curragh produces a variety of low-ash metallurgical coal products. The United States operations are located in the Central Appalachian region in Virginia and West Virginia and produce a suite of metallurgical coal products. It has two producing mining complexes in the United States, which include Buchanan Complex and Logan Complex. It also has two development properties in the United States, which include Mon Valley and Russell County.
