Conrad Asia Energy Ltd. is an Indonesia-based company. The Company is an oil & gas exploration and development company. Its flagship development project is the Mako Gas Field, located within the Duyung PSC in the Natuna Sea, Indonesia. Mako is an undeveloped gas discovery in the region and is strategically positioned in proximity to established pipeline infrastructure supplying premium gas markets in the region. Duyung PSC is in the Riau Islands Province, Indonesian waters in the West Natuna area, approximately 100 kilometers (km) to the north of Matak Island and 400 km northeast of Batam. The Mako field is situated in Duyung PSC. Mako Gas Field is assessed to contain gas comprising approximately 98% methane gas with minimal impurities and is hosted in a reservoir with productive capability. The development wells are expected to have a productive capacity of around 30 million standard cubic feet per day (mmscfd).
