The business
Clover Corporation Limited focused on technology, new product development, and commercialization. The principal activities of the Company are the refining and sale of natural oils, the production of encapsulated powders and the research and product development of functional food and infant nutrition ingredients. Its microencapsulation technology enables nutritional oils, such as tuna, fish, algal and fungal oils, to be added to infant formulas, foods, and beverages. Its technologies protect those sensitive oils from oxidation, allowing them to be incorporated into a range of applications. The Company, through its subsidiary, Nu-Mega Ingredients Pty Limited (Nu-Mega), supplies refined Omega-3 oils and a range of other encapsulated ingredients for use in infant formula, nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, and sports nutrition markets. Nu-Mega’s Driphorm range of microencapsulated powders enables the addition of Hi-DHA tuna and/or algal oils to a broad spectrum of products.
