Basin Energy Limited is a critical minerals exploration company focused on rare earth and uranium discoveries in northwest Queensland, Australia. The Company's exploration is focused on the Sybella-Barkly Project, located within the Sybella Batholith west of Mount Isa, an Australian critical minerals district. It also holds exploration assets in the Athabasca Basin region of Canada and in the Nordic region, providing uranium exploration across multiple jurisdictions. Its other projects include the Geikie project and the North Millennium project. The Geikie Project is over 373.1 square kilometers (km2) of landholding seven kilometers (km) from the present edge of the Athabasca Basin. The North Millennium Project is 40% owned by the Company under an option agreement with CanAlaska, which is over 58 km2 landholding seven km from the majority Cameco-owned Millennium deposit. The Company also holds North Sweden projects, Hakantorp, Prastrun, and Finland Projects.
