In what has been described as a “significant milestone” recruitment software as a service developer LiveHire (ASX: LVH) has secured a strategic partnership with NYSE-listed ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions’ TAPFIN division.
Under a master services agreement, LiveHire’s direct sourcing solution will be offered to TAPFIN’s clients in North America.
According to LiveHire, TAPFIN is one of the four largest managed service providers (MSP) in the world and the agreement includes scope for LiveHire’s sourcing solution to be offered to TAPFIN’s clients across Europe, the UK and Asia Pacific.
LiveHire’s technology connects companies and job seekers, and its Total Talent Acquisition and Direct Sourcing platform was selected by TAPFIN after a competitive tender process.
Chief executive officer Christy Forest said the company was “thrilled” to be chosen as TAPFIN’s partner following the competitive process.
“The board believes that the fact TAPFIN is globally one of the top four MSPs and LiveHire has completed a competitive process for direct sourcing technology and partnership is a significant step for both the LiveHire business and validates the direct sourcing market.”
The agreement with TAPFIN is on LiveHire’s “standard commercial terms”, but at this stage the value of the deal is yet to be quantified.
“However, the board believes that due to the size of TAPFIN, the size of its North American client base, and the process undertaken, this is a significant milestone for the company,” LiveHire stated.
LiveHire’s technology enables its clients to attract and engage permanent and contingent workers.
The company describes its SaaS offering as an “award-winning candidate experience” and provides its clients with talent-on-demand.
