Envirosuite secures its largest ever subscription deal via Chilean agricultural giant Agrosuper
Chilean agricultural giant Agrosuper will use Envirosuite as its environmental management system.
Environmental management technology company Envirosuite (ASX: EVS) has inked a subscription deal with Chilean agricultural giant Agrosuper for the use of its software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform.
The deal – signed for an initial six months at A$27,000 per month and equating to an annualised revenue for Envirosuite of A$324,000 – represents the largest ever SaaS subscription in Envirosuite’s history and builds on the company’s entry into the Latin American market.
Agrosuper is one of the world’s largest agricultural groups and is Chile’s biggest producer of pork products, accounting for more than 50% of the country’s domestic market.
The Envirosuite subscription will enable Agrosuper to monitor environmental conditions and anticipate and manage potential future impacts on its breeding operations.
It will consist of environmental compliance and impact modelling solutions, and will integrate with Agrosuper’s existing Odowatch odour and air quality platform, supplied by Envirosuite’s Chilean office.
An “incident intelligence” solution will also be used to help manage the group’s interactions with its local community.
Second major Chilean win
Envirosuite’s SaaS platform enables companies and regulators to optimise productive outcomes while meeting and exceeding increasing environmental expectations.
With offices worldwide, Envirosuite uses its platform to translate data into action in real time, for clients across the mining, oil refining, transport, government and water management industries.
Using proprietary algorithms built on more than 30 years of environmental consulting experience, SaaS provides a range of environmental monitoring, management and investigative capabilities.
Envirosuite’s contract with Agrosuper follows its first major subscription win in Chile with poultry producer Sopraval, announced last month.
Under the terms of that A$200,000 deal, Envirosuite will provide technology solutions to Sopraval over an initial two-year term to help manage odour, dust and other air pollutants within the company’s processes.
At midday, shares in Envirosuite were up 25% to $0.065.
