Property management enabler AssetOwl (ASX: AO1) has kicked off a targeted marketing campaign of its Inspector360 platform in tandem with keynote client PPM Group.

In April this year, the two companies signed an exclusive one-year partnership in which AssetOwl agreed to provide its next-generation property management platform in exchange for PPM utilising the platform to cater for its database of real estate agencies and property managers across Australia.

Earlier today, AssetOwl declared that it had spent the past month working closely with PPM to optimise a marketing campaign before launching Inspector360 this week – an app that’s available for iOS and Android devices, downloadable from the Apple and Google Play stores respectively.

The campaign is set to include targeted social media posts, real estate industry competitions to encourage registration and informational posts to educate property managers while promoting Inspector360.

As part of the final set of tweaks, AssetOwl said it had produced two shorter promotional videos specifically dedicated to Inspector360’s virtual tours and remote inspections modules, following early feedback from PPM.

Operational boost for PPM

PPM is a national coaching, training and product development company, which has been servicing and supporting the property management industry for over 20 years.

According to PPM managing director Debbie Palmer, PPM currently maintains one of Australia’s largest property management databases, containing thousands of clients, members and subscribers.

Overall, the company’s database includes more than 9,000 individual real estate agencies, more than 25,000 individual team members, and a social media network that is growing rapidly every week with reach to more than 23,000 property managers and business owners.

“This technology is the next step in what the real estate and property management industry has been waiting for: a virtual, easy to use and interactive solution to marketing properties and managing inspections onsite, live or remotely,” said Ms Debbie Palmer.

“Tenants and landlords are going to love Inspector360. I am excited to share this latest technology with our clients, members, subscribers, social media network and the entire industry,” she said.
