Vection Technologies (ASX: VR1) has signed reciprocal, non-exclusive Master Reseller Agreements with Xerox that establish an initial five-year framework for the companies to identify and develop selected enterprise opportunities using complementary technologies.

The agreements, effective from 29 June 2026, give each company contractual reseller rights over selected solutions from the other’s portfolio, creating a two-way relationship rather than positioning Vection solely as a supplier through the Xerox channel.

The initial commercial focus is Western Europe, where the companies plan to prioritise manufacturing and defence, healthcare, and retail before considering broader territorial expansion as opportunities develop and delivery is validated.

Potential engagements could combine Vection’s conversational AI, digital human, and kiosk capabilities with Xerox content capture, intelligent document processing, enterprise content management, workflow, and field-service solutions to create more interactive digital experiences.

Two-Way Reseller Framework

The mirrored agreements allow Xerox and Vection to select opportunities where their respective portfolios complement each other, with the commercial engagement model to be determined on an opportunity-by-opportunity basis according to the requirements of each potential client.

Their sales, presales, and solution architecture teams will work together to identify and develop suitable engagements while respecting existing client relationships and agreed commercial responsibilities.

Vection’s Algho conversational AI platform, AI avatars, and kiosks may be combined with Xerox enterprise content, workflow, and Digital Services capabilities for applications spanning customer experience, content and knowledge management, retail execution, personalisation, service operations, and AI governance and control.

The combined capabilities are intended to help clients turn information from paper and digital documents into accessible knowledge, automated workflows, and intelligent user experiences while supporting the adoption of governed AI solutions.

Neither agreement contains committed volumes or minimum revenue commitments, and no client-specific commercial terms, pricing, revenue, or order values have been disclosed.

Phased Western Europe Rollout

Vection plans to develop the relationship progressively in Western Europe as positioning and delivery are validated, with any expansion beyond those markets dependent on qualified opportunities and terms agreed by the parties.

The initial commercial focus is intended to begin with selected opportunities across the priority verticals rather than a broad market rollout.

“These agreements provide a strong commercial framework for Vection and Xerox to identify and develop selected enterprise opportunities, initially across Western Europe,” Vection global chief executive officer Gianmarco Biagi said.

“We look forward to working with Xerox through a phased, opportunity-led approach that brings together our respective technology and commercial expertise based on specific client needs.”
