Stakk Targets $15m Annual Recurring Revenue Following Year of Record Growth

Key points

  • Stakk targets $15m ARR by mid-2026; ARR $8.53m.

  • Growth mix:20% contracted,30% upsell,50% new business.

  • Robinhood pilots Mobile IQ SDK; to drive ARR upsell.

Embedded finance solutions provider Stakk (ASX: SKK++)++ is targeting a $15 million annual recurring revenue (ARR) run-rate by mid-year following on from record growth in 2025.

The company ended the year with a headline ARR run-rate of $8.53m, underpinned by $3.56m in booked revenue and a cash balance of $15.6m.

The results represented Stakk’s first full year operating as a software-as-a-service (SaaS)-based provider following the acquisition of Radical DBX (now Stakk IQ) to boost its US embedded finance capabilities.

Stakk considers ARR its primary operating and valuation metric, as it represents the annualised value of recurring revenue under contract at a specific point in time and provides a clear indicator of revenue expected to be recognised over the subsequent 12 months.

The company plans to achieve the $15m target through a mix of contracted clients which are not yet generating revenue (20%), the upsell and expansion of new products across its existing client base (30%), and the generation of new business from a strong of Tier 1 and high-growth enterprise clients (50%).

Robinhood Deployment

Stakk’s ARR ambitions will be fuelled by Robinhood Markets, which has become one of the first companies to deploy Stakk’s new Mobile IQ SDK to validate the authenticity and integrity of document capture interactions instead of relying solely on traditional biometric or facial liveness technologies.

An existing Stakk client, Robinhood was selected as a flagship partner to validate enterprise-grade demand for the new product by showing it can handle the high-impact capture-layer security risks faced by Tier-1 global brands and fintechs.

Stakk expects the deployment – which Robinhood will fold into its banking offering – to be the first of many to directly support the 30% ARR upsell and expansion objective.

The company also believes it will prove the platform’s maturity, security posture, and ability to deliver mission-critical infrastructure at scale.

Liveness Detection Solution

Mobile IQ SDK document-capture liveness detection is delivered as a developer-embedded mobile software development kit (SDK) for direct integration into a client’s native application and is fully-configurable to specific use case and workflow requirements.

It is designed to ensure documents are captured in real time through a genuine capture process and have not been replayed, injected, manipulated or synthetically-generated at the point of capture.

The solution can be used as a standalone control or operated alongside Stakk’s broader platform modules, enabling clients to strengthen capture-layer security while retaining control over user experience, configuration and operational overheads.

Mobile IQ SDK is monetised as a recurring, enterprise-grade platform module and contributes directly to Stakk’s contracted ARR.
