SportsHero (ASX: SHO) has signed a distribution agreement with Giftery.Pro that will add more than 5,000 digital products from over 100 retail and brand partners to its HeroPlay Global Store.

The expanded catalogue will cover gaming, entertainment, and lifestyle products including vouchers associated with Xbox, PlayStation, Steam, Riot Games, Google Play, Netflix, Spotify, Amazon, Uber, and Vodafone.

SportsHero will earn commission-based revenue with margins varying by voucher and will not face minimum spend requirements or recurring fees under the agreement.

The arrangement is designed to broaden HeroPlay beyond gaming subscriptions into a wider digital commerce platform while providing more reward and prize options for tournaments, promotions, and loyalty campaigns.

SportsHero intends to use the broader product range to support repeat visitation, transaction frequency, and spending across its existing user base.

Broader Digital Catalogue

Giftery.Pro will connect to HeroPlay through a single application programming interface (API), giving SportsHero access to multiple global brands without requiring separate commercial and technical integrations for each one.

The supplier model is intended to let SportsHero expand the HeroPlay catalogue as new products and markets are added without taking on material inventory risk or significant upfront expenditure.

Each supplier brings different brands, price points, product availability, and geographic coverage, allowing HeroPlay to combine catalogues as SportsHero expands across Southeast Asia and other addressable markets.

“With our telco distribution already established across key Southeast Asian markets, we can bring Giftery.Pro’s offering to a growing audience and further strengthen the value of the HeroPlay ecosystem,” chief executive officer Tom Lapping said.

“This partnership adds real momentum to what we’re building and takes us another step closer to making HeroPlay a broader gaming and commerce platform.”

Capital-Light Model

SportsHero plans to continue building HeroPlay around subscriptions, gaming content, vouchers, webshops, in-game purchases, and other digital products to create multiple opportunities to monetise users across the platform.

Operated by Prepaid Solutions FZCO, a Free Zone Company based in Dubai, Giftery.Pro provides digital gift card technology that allows partners to order through a business-to-business web portal or connect to its catalogue through an API.

The Giftery.Pro integration is intended to give HeroPlay users a broader choice through a single destination while extending the markets that can be serviced through the HeroPlay Global Store.

The additional products will also support rewards, prizes, and promotional campaigns across the HeroPlay ecosystem, including City Battle competitions that have been running throughout 2026.
