Rumble Resources Boosts 2026 MRE Outlook with High-Grade Gold and Tungsten Hits at Western Queen

Key points

  • High-grade gold and tungsten intercepts at Western Queen.

  • Updated MREs and Feasibility Study planned for 2026.

  • Acquisition of Thunderstorm project adds new exploration potential.

Rumble Resources (ASX: RTR) has announced a significant step forward at its Western Queen project, reporting high-grade gold and tungsten intercepts that will inform updated Mineral Resource Estimates in 2026 and advance the project towards a Feasibility Study.

Drill hole WQDD059 returned a high-grade intercept of 6.9 m grading 24.81 g/t Au from 290.1 m.

Additionally, WQDD058 intersected 8 m grading 4.23 g/t Au from 296 m.

These results continue the trend of high-grade gold mineralisation at the Central zone, following previous strong intercepts such as 5.8m @ 30.72 g/t Au from 314.6m reported earlier in 2026.

Western Queen South Gold Grades

Multiple gold intercepts were reported at Western Queen South, including 6 m grading 5.60 g/t Au, 7 m grading 2.03 g/t Au, and 1 m grading 10.20 g/t Au.

These findings suggest continued mineralisation potential at the South prospect, further extending the high-grade mineralisation that was reported over 500m down plunge in February 2026.

The drilling program also yielded significant tungsten mineralisation, with intercepts up to 10 m grading 0.41% WO3 and an included interval within this zone returning 1 m grading 1.95% WO3.

Further tungsten intercepts of 11 m grading 0.16% WO3 and 4 m grading 0.43% WO3 were also reported.

The 100%-owned project, which is and located in Western Australia, has an existing tungsten resource of 4.31 Mt at 0.31% WO3 for 13.2 kt WO3.

Path to Feasibility Study

These results are expected to inform updated gold and tungsten Mineral Resource Estimates (MREs) in 2026.

Metallurgical test work on tungsten is progressing, with reporting due in March 2026.

The company plans a Feasibility Study, with an expectation of a larger mining inventory than the November 2025 Scoping Study target.

The current drilling program is ongoing, with approximately 17,500 m planned to early April 2026.

Thunderstorm Project Exploration

Rumble Resources recently completed the acquisition of 100% ownership of the Thunderstorm Gold Project.

The project, covering 601 km2 in the Fraser Range Province, includes high-grade gold discoveries at Gazelle and Pion.

A ~5000m infill drilling program is planned for 1H2026, following heritage surveys to delineate and extend mineralisation at Gazelle and Pion targets.

The addition of the Thunderstorm project adds further exploration potential, although investors should monitor funding and metallurgical de-risking.
