RocketBoots (ASX: ROC) has secured a multi-million agreement with a Tier 1 multi-national retailer to deploy its AI-driven loss prevention platform across approximately 40% of the customer’s global store network.
The five-year contract – which has an annual recurring revenue (ARR) of approximately $9.1 million – followed a competitive tender process against other global software providers that found RocketBoots’ solution offered superior computer vision performance with the ability to customise the end-user experience.
The deal marks a significant achievement in RocketBoots’ international expansion strategy, demonstrating a commercial and strategic validation of the company’s loss-prevention technology and global operating model.
It also establishes RocketBoots as a global enterprise supplier to one of the world’s largest retailers and solidifies its ability to deliver and support complex, multi-region AI projects remotely and at massive scale.
Pipeline ARR Conversion
RocketBoots is positioned at the intersection of two expanding global spend categories—AI-driven loss prevention, and AI-enabled labour optimisation.
The new contract win converts less than 10% of RocketBoots’ former total pipeline into contracted ARR, leaving an advanced-stage pipeline of approximately 17,000 sites and early-stage pipeline of approximately 32,000 sites.
This conversion demonstrates the potential for pipeline opportunities to progress to contract stage and provides a foundation for further conversions including 60% of new customer sites that are yet to be contracted.
Deployment at Global Scale
Chief executive officer Joel Rappolt said the contract was a major milestone for the company.

RocketBoots is currently working with the client’s technology partners to finalise technical integration activities, with initial deployments scheduled to commence before March 2026, followed by a phased rollout.
