Resolution Minerals (ASX: RML) has scored a hat-trick of drilling successes with gold hits identified in each of the first three assays received from the Golden Gate prospect at its Horse Heaven project in Idaho.

After announcing a significant gold discovery in its first Golden Gate hole late last month, the company has now reported assays from the following two holes have also delivered additional broad intervals of near-surface gold mineralisation.

Resolution has completed its 10-hole Phase-1 diamond program at Gold Gate, and expects the remaining assay results shortly.

Large Intrusive Gold System

The company's US chief executive officer Craig Lindsay said the results demonstrate the potential for a large intrusive-hosted gold system at Golden Gate.

Highlight hits from the latest two assays included a downhole interval of 253.0 metres at 1.50 grams per tonne gold from surface.

The highest assay results were 5.91g/t gold over a down hole width of 1.5m, and a downhole interval of 265.2m at 0.60 g/t gold from surface to 265.2m, including 89.9m at 1.15g/t gold from 121.9m.

“That level of continuity and consistency is extremely rare this early in a program and […] Golden Gate has all the hallmarks of a significant intrusive-related gold deposit, comparable to […] Perpetua’s Stibnite resource, which is only 16km away,” Mr Lindsay said.

Multiple Target Testing

Resolution is currently preparing to test multiple targets at the Horse Heaven project, where its high-value critical minerals are a major attraction to the US government.

Highlights for Resolution during the recent September quarter included significant rock-chip and soil sampling results from Horse Heaven’s Antimony Ridge target and the launch of a district-scale stream sediment program aimed at validating a geological link between the Horse Heaven and Stibnite projects.

The company also completed a successful $25.1 million placement to fully fund the company’s exploration programs, which global institutional investors cornerstoned.

As part of a strategy to lift its US engagement and visibility, the company also commenced preparations for a dual US listing, appointed a US advisory team, and engaged Thorn Run Partners to support its Washington-based lobbying.
