iTech Minerals Delivers High-Grade Gold and Antimony Hits at Reynolds Range

iTech Minerals (ASX: ITM) has reported high-grade gold and antimony intersections from recent reverse circulation drilling at the Sabre and Falchion prospects within its Reynolds Range Project in the Northern Territory.

The program targeted corrected historical drill locations, successfully intersecting thick zones of mineralisation from surface while materially improving confidence in continuity and predictability.

The Reynolds Range project is located northwest of Alice Springs, and consists of four granted Exploration Licences across 791 square kilometres of the Aileron Province, accessible from the Stuart Highway via the unsealed Mt Denison road.

The project area, which is part of the Stafford Gold Trend, has 50 km of strike coincident with the Trans-Tanami regional structure, and is subject to a joint venture with SQM International who have the option to earn up to 70% of the lithium mineral rights on the project area.

iTech retains the right to 100% of all other commodities.

Strong Gold-Antimony Returns

Drilling at Sabre returned multiple near-surface gold intersections, including 26 metres at 1.37 grams per tonne gold from surface, with higher-grade internal zones.

iTech also intersected numerous antimony-rich intervals, with results including 5m at 4.7g/t gold and 2.13% antimony, demonstrating polymetallic mineralisation within the same system.

The company said the results indicate a steeply dipping mineralised zone extending from surface to more than 80 metres depth and remaining open, with corrected collar locations and improved drill orientation critical in resolving previously inconsistent historical results.

At the nearby Falchion prospect, drilling intersected high-grade gold and antimony mineralisation across an 80m strike length, with a standout intercept of 6m at 10.2g/t gold and 0.93% antimony from 18m including 2m at 13.69g/t gold and 1.47% antimony.

Grade and thickness improved from east to west, with mineralisation continuous across all drill holes iTech completed in the program.

Increased Confidence in Scale and Grade

“The outstanding gold and antimony results from both Sabre and Falchion prospects have significantly increased our confidence in both the scale and grade of gold and antimony mineralisation at Reynolds Range,” managing director Mike Schwarz said.

“The results have increased our understanding of the orientation and thickness of mineralisation and the predictability has significantly improved, setting the company up for further success in follow up drill programs.”

iTech Minerals plans follow-up drilling at both Sabre and Falchion to test extensions along strike and at depth, once it has finalised approvals and heritage clearances, and will also undertake detailed soil sampling along prospective structures to generate additional drill targets.

The company is currently assessing a recently completed drone magnetic survey, and plans to release results once analysis is complete.
