- 01Artrya inks 5-year US deal with Huntsville Hospital.
- 02US$0.5m for Salix Coronary Anatomy; Plaque/Flow add.
- 03HH Health: Artrya's 4th US client; largest deployment.
Artrya Limited (ASX: AYA) has signed a five-year commercial agreement with Huntsville Hospital Health System (HH Health), converting the first SAPPHIRE Study participant into a commercial customer for its Salix platform in the US.
The deal carries a minimum contracted value of US$0.5 million for Salix Coronary Anatomy, with further usage-based revenue available from Salix Coronary Plaque and Salix Coronary Flow under the agreed commercial model.
HH Health becomes Artrya’s fourth US commercial customer and its largest customer deployment to date, with Salix to be integrated into applicable clinical workflows across the health system’s 15-hospital network.
The conversion provides the first example of Artrya’s SAPPHIRE clinical research relationships progressing into commercial adoption, forming part of the medical technology group’s broader US market strategy.
Commercial Revenue Streams
Salix Coronary Anatomy will generate recurring software-as-a-service (SaaS) subscription revenue through a monthly licence fee over the five-year term, while Salix Coronary Plaque will add fee-per-scan revenue from clinical assessments.
Salix Coronary Flow will operate under the same fee-per-scan model once it receives regulatory clearance, extending the relationship beyond the initial Anatomy subscription component.
The minimum contracted value relates only to Salix Coronary Anatomy and excludes potential additional usage-based revenue generated by the Plaque and Flow modules over the term of the relationship.
“The conversion of HH Health from a SAPPHIRE Study participant into a commercial customer is an important milestone for Artrya’s US strategy,” co-founder and chief executive officer John Konstantopoulos said.
“With HH Health joining Tanner Health, Northeast Georgia Health System, and Cone Health, Artrya now has four US commercial customers.”
Deployment Extends Footprint
Salix is Artrya’s cloud-based platform for real-time point-of-care assessment and management of coronary artery disease, with the agreement extending its use at HH Health from research collaboration into commercial clinical practice.
The five-year agreement provides for non-exclusive clinical use of Salix Coronary Anatomy, with customary termination provisions alongside security and privacy protocols, support levels, and software upgrades.
Artrya plans to focus on deploying Salix across its four existing US commercial customers while continuing to develop relationships with other SAPPHIRE participants and pursue broader commercial activities.
The group will continue progressing those SAPPHIRE relationships alongside its wider commercial program as it seeks further conversions from clinical research engagement into long-term customer adoption.
