AD1 Holdings’ (ASX: AD1) ApplyDirect talent acquisition solution will be used by one of Victoria’s largest GDP contributing industries under a new contract.

Under the agreement, ApplyDirect’s end-to-end software as a service recruitment technology will be configured to provide a worker portal for the unnamed Victorian-based customer.

This is expected to enable workers to easily find open career opportunities.

As well as building the portal, AD1 will provide hosting and ongoing maintenance and digital services.

The initial contract term is for two-years and is valued at $243,000. There’s an option to extend the contract for an additional year.

AD1 chief executive officer Brendan Kavenagh said the company was “excited” to become part of an “industry-wide solution”.

“The continual innovation at the company has strengthened its go-to-market approach, while delivering best practice candidate experience.”

ApplyDirect technology

AD1 already has existing contracts for its ApplyDirect technology with New South Wales and Victorian governments and associations.

According to AD1, ApplyDirect enables businesses to promote their brand, while attracting and engaging suitable candidates faster.

In FY2021, the technology processed more than 1.3 million applications and attracted more than 7 million visitors.

The SaaS technology attracts monthly subscription fees as long with the upfront cost, which is associated with the level of customisation of the technology for the client.

In May, ApplyDirect generated average annual revenue of $160,000.

Other technologies

As well as ApplyDirect, AD1 also has jobtale and Art of Mentoring as its other human resources-based SaaS offerings.

jobtale is a platform designed to attract top talent through story telling. The technology has been developed for small-to-medium enterprises and is “highly scalable”.

Meanwhile, Art of Mentoring delivers tailored, research-backed mentoring programs with reduced administration.

It’s high impact programs have been proven to boost employee performance, productivity, engagement and retention.

The company recently revealed revenue for Art of Mentoring for March 2022 was 400% higher than March 2021.

This was driven by platform subscription sales, strong renewals and the addition of five new customers.

AD1 also has the Utility Software Services division, which is a cloud-based CRM platform, billing, operations, and online customer portal for energy retailers.

This division is described as integral to supporting the wider group’s growth.
